Retro: PR #932 — Bump actions/checkout from 6.0.2 to 6.0.3

No proposals — this retro found no new improvements to suggest.

PR #932 was a routine Dependabot PR that bumped actions/checkout from 6.0.2 to 6.0.3 across two workflow files. It was opened on June 8 and closed without merging on June 22 after being superseded by PR #944. No agent workflows (triage, code, review, or fix) ran on this PR — the fullsend.yaml shim wasn't even present in the repo when the PR was opened. The only agent dispatched was this retro run itself, triggered on PR close.

The obvious improvement — skip retro dispatch for bot-authored PRs closed without merging that had no agent involvement — is already well-covered by multiple open issues in fullsend-ai/fullsend:

  • #939 — Skip retro dispatch on PRs with no agent involvement
  • #1411 — Skip retro dispatch for unmerged PRs with no agent interaction
  • #2461 — Skip retro dispatch for autoclosed bot-authored PRs

This retro run itself is an example of the waste those issues aim to eliminate — tokens spent analyzing a PR where nothing interesting happened.
