get local version direct from binary
Package named "git" on Debian Buster not "git-core"
- switched to systemd for debian
- fix mode for systemd file
- need to set home for ssh authentification

The current version "mod 'kschu91-gogs', '1.5.0'" doesn't work on Debian 10 (buster) anymore.
I fixed the mistakes ...
