…he deploy Phases 0–5 landed with gates green (PRs #26–#31), meeting the item's own acceptance ('phase 6 rides the actual public deploy'). Phase 6 (F-34/F-37/F-38b/F-39/F-60/F-61) is now pointed to from the open Deploy item so it can't get lost; the Progress line is preserved byte-identical.
