Remove --specs=nano.specs from APP_C_FLAGS/APP_CXX_FLAGS in the freertos-armv7-m4 preset; the platform toolchain now sets it in COMMON_FLAGS, causing a duplicate-spec fatal error with GCC 13. Add freertos-armv7-m4-gcc preset (mirrors platform structure) and update the conan presets to inherit from it. https://claude.ai/code/session_01VCVKKRtTwtydtF9ZRNsQYz
