Add confirmations parameter to waitForTransactionReceipt#90

Allow callers to wait for N block confirmations after a transaction is mined, providing reorg protection for critical transactions. Defaults to 1 (existing behavior unchanged). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
