change expression qc to be gene_id based rather than gene_name

gene_ids are unique. gene_names are not

rethinking this. gene names may be required for the assorted gene QC [e.g. lncRNAs, coding, housekeeping etc.]. perhaps redo those gene QC lists to be gene ID too.
