Scope

Visual / tone pass only. Locked headline, proof, and About copy are unchanged.

Quiet editorial DNA closer to attardi.org and nickbytes.com — not Toni’s bold marketing, not a long ngavalas letter, not SaaS proof cards.

  • Serif title lockup, paper background, sparse lowercase nav: about / writing / talks / contact
  • Homepage skim: hero → Coinbase SEM · formerly Formidable → 3 typographic proof blocks → writing → talks → contact
  • Proof metrics stay in src/data/proof.ts but render as inline middot lists, not cards
  • src/pages/about.mdx is untouched
  • Taste / “should” list skipped (not cheap enough to do well)

Stacked on

Targets cursor/about-page-mdx-c354 (#25). Merge order: #24 (stack) → #25 (About MDX) → this.

Preview only

No custom domain, no orange-cloud, no production go-live.

Serif lockup, sparse lowercase nav, and proof as inline typographic
blocks instead of SaaS cards. Locked headline, proof, and About
copy are unchanged. Homepage skim stays hero → trajectory → work →
writing/talks → contact.
