This tested good on the new camera. Should be ready to go if it's good on the others. |

Summary
This PR fixes issue #12. It also may fix issue #8.
Newer SimpliSafe cameras use LiveKit WebRTC and this allows those newer cameras to use that. It is a significant change adding livekit.ts with the majority of the changes.
Testing
Testing was done on a newer camera that supports this. It passed testing for camera in Scrypted. I also tested with HomeKit and it was able to display the camera, use voice to talk, and send motion events. The motion events work for the newer camera but I am unsure if they work on older cameras.
Testing still needs to be done on older cameras as well as doorbells. I also just updated the branch to use the recent commits, so I am testing the newer cameras to make sure the merge went fine. I am going to be testing on my camera for 24 hours just to make sure there are no issues since the merge and if not I will mark as ready for review.
