Summary

• Removes Kaniko from the CI/CD technology list in profile/README.md
• Replaces it with docker/build-push-action to reflect the organization's current tooling

Context

The organization has deprecated kaniko in favor of docker/build-push-action. See labrats-work/org.docs#28 for full context.

Test plan

• Verify the CI/CD row in the technology stack table no longer mentions Kaniko
• Confirm docker/build-push-action is correctly listed
