Summary

  • Bump packageManager field from pnpm@11.0.9 to pnpm@12.2.1
  • pnpm 12 is the latest stable major release with performance improvements and updated dependency resolution

Breaking changes to be aware of

  • The lockfile format may require regeneration — run pnpm install locally after checkout
  • Requires Node.js >=18.12.0 (already satisfied)

Test plan

  • CI passes with pnpm 12.2.1
  • pnpm install runs without errors locally
