[Unreleased]was empty while #375, #376, #378 and #381 had all landed. This writes the entries.The two that change behaviour get the full treatment: #381's exit-code contract (a timeout no longer claims an action ran, and a missing checkpoint database returns the configuration code) and #378's release-pin check (a pin that lost its
versionfield was filtered out before validation, so the one broken pin the check exists to catch was the one it removed).Verified locally:
public-claims.test.sh,markdown-link-files.test.shandno-secrets.test.shall pass. CI's markdownlint list does not includeCHANGELOG.md.Housekeeping on my side rather than anything a contributor owes.
