🚀 OpenccJavaFX v1.0.0

We are excited to announce the first stable release of OpenccJavaFX v1.0.0, a cross-platform JavaFX application and CLI for Simplified ↔ Traditional Chinese conversion, powered by OpenccJava.

This release provides both a GUI (JavaFX desktop app) and CLI (command-line tool), packaged together with all required runtime libraries and dictionaries.
