concept, the largest WP (bridging), the consensus WP, the 9-
milestone delivery rhythm, the three new KPIs the proposal asks
the framework to adopt, the financial argument, the FX-only
repayment, and the open community questions.
* budget-2026-indigo-v2030rs — 10 stops covering the four products
(iUSDt, BTC-Fi, shielded iAssets, V2030RS), why the proposal
bundles everything in a single legally-heavy work package, the
KPI argument, the perpetual revenue-share clause as the
distinguishing feature on the slate, and the substantive
timing critique.
* budget-2026-serviceplan-demand-engine — 11 stops covering the
proposer's Masumi credibility, the three-stage funnel, each of
the four work packages with the gating logic, the V2 Supply
Chain critique, the markets question, the new marketing KPI
framework, and the FX-buffer repayment.
Every stop targets a real n: node and every inline (node:X) link
resolves to a real gb:Node — verified against the merged store
(cardano.ontology.ttl + cardano.ttl + governance.ttl +
smart-contracts.ttl + the three budget-2026/*.ttl).

Summary
Four guided tours built on the Budget Proposal ontology added in PR #45. Each is deep enough to take a non-expert through goals, mechanics, money, and known objections.
Coverage per tour
Every tour explicitly covers: the pitch, the proposer's track record, the work-package decomposition, the financial structure, the repayment commitment, and the substantive community critique. Inline `label` links keep the narrative connected to the underlying graph.
Verification
Every tour stop targets a real `gb:Node` and every inline `node:X` link resolves — verified against the full merged store (cardano.ontology.ttl + cardano.ttl + governance.ttl + smart-contracts.ttl + the three budget-2026/*.ttl):
