Add a comprehensive integration test suite and fix a bug in
.sops.yamlgeneration.The integration tests revealed a bug in
lib/sops_rails/init.rbwhere theagekey in.sops.yamlwas incorrectly generated as an array instead of a string, which SOPS expects. This fix ensures SOPS creation rules are correctly applied.
