Include Runtime Config vars in the config check for langgraph 0.6.0
This resolves issue #108 as reported by me.
We fix this by accessing the CONFIG_KEY_RUNTIME constant in our RunnableConfig. Additionally, we fetch "configurable" using the CONF constant. I've added a small test that depends on an OPENAI_API_KEY to execute.
Fix was inspired by PR #105
