The separate prompt migration skill was consolidated into the main Langfuse skill (langfuse/skills#7). Update the reference in prompt-create.mdx to point to the correct skill, matching the fix in #2581 for the observability skill.

With langfuse/skills#7 the Langfuse Observability Skill got removed. I assume it got replaced with Langfuse Skill.
