0.40.24-r4: workflow fix 1

This is an experimental version of DFHack, built primarily to address DFHack#741. It identifies itself as "0.40.24-r4-wf1", due to internal changes, and is thus not compatible with third-party plugins (and its workflow plugin is not compatible with 0.40.24-r4). It also does not include Stonesense.
