Update project tagline to "No dragons. No spells. Just Tuesday."#34

Purge all "Magic: The Gathering" brand references from descriptions, taglines, and docstrings, replacing them with the new tagline "No dragons. No spells. Just Tuesday." Left untouched: the Ruff PLR2004 "Magic value" rule comment and the engine's own "spell"/"stack" mechanics, which are not brand references. https://claude.ai/code/session_01RcNtbaxC8qD6YboG55iVim

Summary
Updates the project tagline across all documentation and configuration files from "Magic: The Gathering without the, you know, magic" to "No dragons. No spells. Just Tuesday." This provides a more concise and memorable description of the mundane-backend project.
