On a Mac where install.sh had to install Homebrew, or where Homebrew was never added to the shell profile, the install finished fine but a new terminal window could not find npm, so the "npm run up" and "npm run down" commands the installer prints failed with "command not found". The installer now adds Homebrew's shellenv line to ~/.zprofile (or ~/.bash_profile), once, and only when Homebrew was not on PATH already. This is the step Homebrew's own installer asks users to do by hand. Every CI job warned that checkout@v4, setup-node@v4 and setup-python@v5 target the deprecated Node.js 20. All of them move to v7, the versions Dependabot proposed in #1, #2 and #3. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
