Set the Rust workspace and internal published dependency requirements to 1.0.1 so the release tag matches the CLI binaries and crates.io packages. Prepare the workspace for the requested v1.0.1 release. The release workflows require the Git tag, CLI version, and published crate versions to match; the workspace currently reports 1.0.0.
Update the workspace version and internal published dependency requirements to 1.0.1, and refresh the nine workspace entries in Cargo.lock. Third-party dependency versions are unchanged.
