Summary
Adds the missing intensity field to weather.status, as specified in #8.
Changes
Cmd_WeatherStatus now prints weather.status: intensity=<0.00-1.00>
on its first line, using ctx.time->GetWeatherIntensity()
Updated the header comment and registry help string to mention intensity
