I'm a Forward Deployed Engineer, Oracle ACE, educator, and international speaker with 20+ years of experience in software engineering. My background is deeply rooted in Java, enterprise software, cloud-native development, and modern engineering practices.

I'm also passionate about growing the developer community. I lead initiatives at SouJava and AI Collective, organize conferences and community events including The Developer's Conference (TDC) and DevConverge LATAM, and mentor and teach developers around the world.
