main example had a typo (`pb-reads.fq` should be `reads.fq`)... was it intentional to see if user pays attention? :)

Related to this... If the user gives miniasm a fastq file that doesn't exist, miniasm seems to just ignore it (rather than tell the user), and creates a gfa without the assembled sequence. |
