Description
This PR fixes another leftover visual glitch that occurred when using Ozone and enabling "Show sub-labels for currently selected entry".
When changing a setting that modified the visibility of some other settings in the same list/page (for instance, "Run-Ahead" in Settings -> Latency), the highlighter cursor in the menu flickered up and down for a half-second. This minor change addresses the issue by ensuring that the selection is synchronized properly.
