feat: add L1ERC20Bridge config for zkSync cantina audit

This pull request adds a new configuration sample for the zkSync mainnet environment, specifying contract addresses, network details, GitHub repository information, and dependencies. This configuration will help standardize deployments and integrations for the zkSync mainnet.

Configuration for zkSync mainnet:

• Added new zksync_mainnet_fix_L1.yaml file with the following key sections:
  • Defined the L1ERC20Bridge contract address.
  • Set network parameters such as mainnet, explorer_hostname, and explorer_chain_id.
  • Linked to the relevant GitHub repository and commit for reference.
  • Listed dependencies with their respective repositories and commit hashes, including OpenZeppelin and zkSync contracts.
