Review Lesson 8: Update agent and skill references for accuracy

Lesson 8 and related documentation referenced outdated agent/skill names that didn't match the actual repository structure in src-ODrive/.github/.

• readme.md: Added all 6 agents to Quick Reference (was only showing 2). New "Available Agents Summary" section documenting @ODrive-Ops, @ODrive-Reviewer, @ODrive-Toolchain, @ada-to-cpp-migrator
• slides.md: Updated key takeaways and Q&A to reflect full agent suite

Lesson 4 (lessons/04-agentic-patterns/)

• Fixed stale skill names throughout readme.md:
  • odrive-qa-assistant → cpp-testing
  • devops-engineer → odrive-ops
• Updated Custom Agents & Skills section, Quick Reference table, and FAQ
