Updates features/mcp.mdx to remove the read-only framing, add the four new tools to the table (create_campaign, list_domains, list_store_listings, list_ad_accounts), document the LLM-driven creation flow, and add 429 troubleshooting plus rate-limit specifics (300 reads/min, 30 writes/min per token).
