Changes
Adds explicit Roslyn Host/Gateway integration and workspace recovery/resource lifecycle improvements, with supporting verification scripts and contract tests. Updates the skill references and roadmap, and documents both startup workspace selection and deferred project selection in the English and Chinese README using generic paths.
