Adds Stowtab to the General list, alongside the other tab managers (OneTab, TabMerger, Tabs Backup & Restore).

Stowtab is a local-first, open-source (MIT) Chrome tab manager:

  • Groups tabs by domain, dedupes, suspends with the native chrome.tabs.discard API, saves/restores sessions, and offers fuzzy search.
  • 3 permissions (tabs, tabGroups, storage), zero host permissions, zero network calls — it never phones home.
  • Manifest V3. Source-available and loadable from source today: https://github.com/gilleswainrib-ext-boop/stowtab

Format follows contributing.md: [Name](link) - Description. (capitalized, full stop, no leading "A/An"), placed alphabetically in General.

Note: the Chrome Web Store listing is currently pending review, so the entry links to the GitHub source (consistent with other source-linked entries here like Stylus, TabMerger, Decentraleyes). Happy to switch to a Web Store URL once it's live, or adjust placement/wording however you prefer. Thanks!
