Updated links for CodeWing, DevTools Theme, Kuker, 1Password, cVim, Linkclump, Redirector, Sight, Taskade, and uBlock Origin to point to their GitHub repositories. Many were broken so I found updated links to them or removed if they aren't available any more. Added Thrive Tab.
