Green AI

  • This workflow uses AI to check suppliers to determine if they are greenwashing their products.
  • This workflow also checks shipping distance to compare options for companies that are trying to focus on eco-friendliness.

BONUS INFORMATION:

  • AI - even though it seems magical - isn't a genie. It's just a machine and will always take the path of least resistance.
  • Deterministic guardrails that limit the probabilities that AI has to sort through from millions to hundreds or thousands results in less compute, which lowers costs and protects resources resulting in more eco-friendly AI.
  • Additionally, the reason AI hallucinates and drifts is because it is a path with less friction. Introducing deterministic guardrails increases the friction for these paths making it to where it is more efficient for the AI to actually compute data.
