Adds ShareX to screenshot/record tools.

Closes #247

Drawbacks / Anti-privacy features:

• The auto-update check calls releases endpoint on GitHub API
• The (optional) cloud upload features inerop with anti-privacy services (like google drive upload)
• The privacy policy is quite incomplete
• Windows only

Verified in a VM, no other data transfer observed. It is a genuinely useful tool and very mature.
