将 Case0002–0005 当前案例文档与 worklist 的现行契约更正合并回主线：DirectWork 作为 business authority，go-tool 作为工具指导层，GitHub Actions 仅作短密语 transport；Google Drive 审查统一使用 verified publish + exact Drive revision。保留旧 OpenWorker/run/SHA 作为历史证据，不再作为现行操作 authority。
