Update the README installer, archive link, Go version pin and release notes after publication. All four archive checksums and signed provenance verified independently; public downloads matched the verified draft. The pinned LiteLLM SQL export, fresh installation and investigation passed, along with all 17 example/privacy checks and the native packaged-command tests. The exact new README install command was also exercised in a fresh directory. Historical synthetic fixtures remain pinned to v0.6.0.
