Deploy atomic-integration-proxy 0.2.5 - #82

Bump the pinned crate to 0.2.5 and lock it. 0.2.5 defaults to the overlays/catalog/2026-10-02-auth-profiles.json catalog, which selects Discord's discordUser authentication profile (ontola/atomic-plugins#258).
