Summary

Add a comprehensive evidence report documenting the delivery of NLnet MOU milestones 1b and 3, substantiating claims with concrete evidence from this repository and its dependencies.

Changes

• docs/milestones/1b-3-report.md — New milestone evidence document that:

  • Cites the devlog issue (#64) and establishes the scope of what this repo can independently verify
  • Documents milestone 3 (Reflector's cross-system reflection engine) with:

    • Confirmation of the pinned syncables@0.17.1 dependency and end-to-end reflection behavior
  • Lists supporting repos and their roles
  • Provides a live-demo walkthrough with configuration and testing steps
