A concurrent branch's 'merge main into branch' commit (merged as #47) carried a stale copy of pending-historical-sessions.md from before this session's row was removed (originally in #45), reintroducing the session_01Nv4Z3Pm7GYm1EdACgzLAis row even though its transcript already exists at docs/ai-logs/sessions/2026-08-28-heroku-pnpm-build-failure.md.
