Per the NLnet GenAI disclosure policy (and the request to log this session for syncables, mirroring the equivalent PR already merged in reflector).

Secret scan of the added docs is clean.

Adds a syncables-scoped disclosure log for session_01BdadF8jAvK2e8Fmis3hLJF —
the session that filed and implemented the GitHub-shape support (#4/#5/#6,
merged in #7), diagnosed and fixed the stale-publish bug (#9, 0.17.1), and
later traced the Heroku pnpm build failure back to the git-dependency pin
(fixed on the reflector side by switching to the npm release). The session
did most of its work on the sibling `reflector` repo; this log covers only the
syncables-relevant turns and cross-links reflector's own log for the rest, per
the existing sibling-repo convention.

Removes this session's link from pending-historical-sessions.md — it was the
list's only entry, and every Claude-Session trailer in this repo's git history
now has a matching log under sessions/.
