About Us

Lokapal publishes serialized fiction exploring power, governance, and human agency—alongside essays on storytelling, philosophy, and decentralized systems.

We approach decentralization not as a technology trend, but as a fundamental principle for understanding how authority distributes, how systems coordinate, and how narratives can reflect these dynamics. Lokapal's work spans political fantasy fiction, philosophical inquiry, and exploration of blockchain as narrative medium.

Lokapal Projects

From Many, as One

A web serial exploring the potential, struggles, and meaning of governance.
From Many, as One is Lokapal's primary creative project — a serialized publication that blends narrative, research, and cultural reflection. It aims to capture not only the technical dimensions of governance, but also their human, ethical, and symbolic significance. Through its chapters, From Many, as One explores how decentralization intersects with identity, community, and ideology.

Thoughtchain

Research on the frontiers of decentralized systems and design.
Thoughtchain is the essays platform of Lokapal, including research articles, creative roadmaps, educational tools, lore expansions, philosophical explorations, and Lokapal updates.

Conciliatorics

Philosophical foundations for understanding systems and decentralization.
Conciliatorics is the foundational philosophical work behind Lokapal, the result of over 20 years of analytical exploration and practical experience. It delves into the interplay between interstitial and intrinsic aspects of systems, ultimately arguing that decentralization is the key to systemic balance.

Partnerships and Support

Lokapal is committed to building in the open and collaborating with projects and communities that share our vision.

At this stage, we are an independent initiative — fully self-funded and focused on creating meaningful, high-trust content.

In the future, this section will feature our partnerships, collaborations, and grants. Each will be documented transparently, reflecting our belief that decentralization requires accountability as much as innovation.
