docs: refresh ecosystem evidence and clarify adopter registration

Goal And Delivered Outcome

The ecosystem inventory still carried August 15 statuses, while the empty voluntary adopter table could be mistaken for an absence of public use. Refresh the bilingual inventory from public GitHub evidence and link the adopter pages directly to concrete workflows, integrations, borrowing and proposals.

The inventory now separates 31 entries by relationship and maturity. OpenBitFun's replacement PR, closed-unmerged proposals, bounded pilots and documentation-only borrowing retain their actual limits. The self-attested table remains voluntary; observed projects are not registered on their behalf. Base: main.

Scope And Continuation

Complete within this scope: four Markdown documents, with matching English/Chinese evidence links. No successor is needed for this documentation update; project owners may voluntarily add their own adopter entries later.

Future-facing simplification: keep observed evidence in the existing ecosystem inventory and link to it from ADOPTERS, rather than maintaining a duplicate project list. Remove transient star counts and obsolete fork listings. No new runtime or validation abstraction.

动机

生态清单仍使用 8 月 15 日状态，空的自愿登记表容易被误读为没有公开使用。本次完整更新四份中英文文档，让读者从 ADOPTERS 直接找到当前公开证据，同时保留由项目本人登记的边界。

改动思路

复用现有生态清单集中维护观察记录；ADOPTERS 负责解释登记状态并链接分类入口。来源正文、实际合并标记及后续评论决定条目状态。正向路径是“登记页 → 工作流/集成分类 → 原始证据”，不产生代登记，也不引入新目录或运行时权威。

• 纠正 OpenBitFun 后继 PR 仍开放、RLR 后续 PR 和 GovernLoop 提案已关闭未合并等状态；KiroCrew/multica 保留“仅文档”，AAOP 保留非生产试点限制。
• 后续维护简化已落实：不在 ADOPTERS 复制项目表，移除易过期的 stars 与旧 fork 列表。四份 Markdown 合计 +362/-229；没有可执行代码变化。

主要风险是将关闭未合并的提案、文档借鉴或作者自述误写为生产采用。逐项状态和限制说明覆盖这些反例；第三方运行结果仅按作者报告引用，未声称独立复现。外部链接及状态仍可能在复核日期后变化，可同步更新两种语言或回退此文档提交。

APPROVE。更新完成了当前文档目标，未发现阻塞项。它将可核查观察与自愿登记连接起来，没有把 31 条异质记录计为 31 个生产采用者。范围集中、可回退，属于仓库允许的低风险文档变更；合并仍须通过此未变更 head 的即时 readiness 检查。
