修复 Node-RED 重启后状态值丢失
优先从文件系统加载，global.json 不再存储状态值
增加深拷贝以避免对象引用问题
构造函数使用同步读取确保初始化完成
测试通过：重启后状态正确恢复，运行时可访问，全量向后兼容
