Refresh the dynamic PyPI and supported-Python badges after publishing Breakcheck 2.0.1.
This adds explicit SVG endpoints, labels, and a short cache lifetime. Both badges continue linking directly to the official PyPI project page.
No package or runtime behavior changes.
Before merging, verify that Files changed contains only README.md. Then wait for CI and squash-merge.
No new PyPI release is needed for this documentation-only change.
