IMG_9679 Seems like the critical path through the combinational conv is at most ~5.6ns... which seems too good to be true?

Going back to initial set up but with no includes at all

* Add Vivado to gitignore

* Add initial empty Vivado project

* Add empty block design

* Use autogenerated name for project tcl

* Ignore .bxml files

* Add project creation tcl script

Handles setting correct current directory when running autogenerated project creation script.

* Move script to root to fix path problems

* Add ethernet subsystem ip to bd

* Specify dir for bd gitignores

* Fix gitignore sub paths

* Ignore bd ip dir

Figured this out in #6
