Bluelake scripting & automation examples

This repository contains examples of Python scripts and IPython Notebooks for automating Bluelake workflows:

• Under scripts/components, you will find example scripts that document each of the components of the C-Trap.
• Under scripts/workflow, there are a number of sample automation scripts.
• notebooks contains sample IPython Notebook files that can used for Bluelake's Export to Notebook feature.
