Add experimental Islo provider

Summary

• Add an experimental native Islo cloud provider with lifecycle, exec, file transfer, shares, SSH attach, and snapshots.
• Wire Islo through CLI provider resolution, config keys, doctor/help/install UX, and checkpoint defaults.
• Document Crabbox as a companion run/proof workflow rather than an AgentBox provider.
