… something just on Done button and not on selection change. Also add a MMspaceBottom option, to allow the use of a bottom offset, in case the user need to offset a bottom bar (such as tabbar).

the commits are ready to be merged, i update the readme.md with the properly fixes. there is a solution proposed for #3 and #13 but i suggest the one i commit to Fixes #3 and #13. the Fixes #11 is done by using the view parent frame to set the width.
