Initial release

This is the absolute bare-bones version of the app, but functional. It's currently handheld-only, and brings up a map in which you select a target, and then it reads off your distance and bearing to that point, updated as you move about. It stops tracking as soon as it loses focus, and does not remember your previous target upon restart.

Next steps:

• Continue tracking the distance to target in the background
• Provide a notification with the tracking distance
• Pretty up the notification on the Wear device
