Remove usage of nodetype mgnl:visitorReference

With that node type you have an enterprise dependency in these community module.

Furthermore the privacy enterprise modules are not really in use. So it is the second reason for removing the super nodetype.

Would be great if someone could do that. It's probably a small fix. Right?
