[CLICK-933] [CLICK-947] ZIndex fix + extended DropdownMenuItem and ProductMenuItem interfaces

Summary

Extended ProductMenuItem and DropdownMenuItem to accepts html attribute like 'tabIndex', 'role', etc. And increased z-index prop for ConfirmationWindow. Since it was overlapped with SignIn modal.
