Change the name parse rule. When packed to exe, the netassistant.py run as netassistant.pyc, so if replace ".py" with ".ui", will one get "netassistant.uic". This will cause program cannot find files.

The gen_exe.sh is a script figuring out how to use the "--add-data" command.
Rename .sh to .bat, then can one easily generate executable under windows.
